  • Manage Grove enrollment and payment confirmations.

3. Tools and Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted tools and service providers to operate our website and communication systems.

  • DreamHost hosts our website and stores basic, non-personal server logs.
  • Cloudflare provides security, caching, and privacy-focused analytics to help monitor website performance and traffic. Cloudflare does not collect personal data or use tracking cookies.
  • MailerLite manages our email newsletters and subscriber preferences.
  • Google Forms collects Grove application responses you voluntarily submit.
  • WPForms Lite powers our website contact form.
  • Google Meet is used to host live Grove sessions. Participation is by invitation only, and members can choose what to share on video or in chat. Rooted Allies does not record or store meeting content.
  • Venmo for Business and PayPal for Business are used for Grove payments. Rooted Allies does not store or process payment details directly. All transactions are handled securely through these platforms.
  • YouTube: Some blog posts and pages may include embedded videos, which are governed by YouTube’s own privacy policies.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and limit access to form submissions and subscriber lists to essential Rooted Allies team members. We do not store payment details. We never sell or share your information. If we run ads in the future, they will not use your personal data for targeting.
