A reflection on community, growth, and the language we choose
Why “Grove”?
At Rooted Allies, each small peer group is called a Grove. It’s a word we chose with care.
A grove is a natural formation: a small cluster of trees growing close together. Not wild and sprawling like a forest, not planted in rows like an orchard. Just enough trees to offer shelter, strength, and shared space. A grove offers both protection and possibility. It’s a place where things can take root and grow.
We liked that.
We wanted a word that felt grounded. Not corporate. Not clinical. Not a buzzword. A grove is alive and is shaped by nature, not perfection. It’s a reminder that we don’t grow best in isolation or under pressure. We grow best when we’re connected, supported, and allowed to show up as we are.
What It Means at Rooted Allies
Each Grove includes eight peers and a Guide who’s there to hold space, offer structure, and help the group stay grounded. It’s not about expertise. It’s about experience, trust, and shared learning.
You’ll meet weekly in live video sessions with the same group for six weeks. These aren’t drop-in chats or webinars. They’re structured, private, and peer-based — designed to help you build clarity and momentum in your health self-advocacy.
Your Grove is where the framework comes to life. You’ll explore weekly themes, reflect on what matters most, and share insights. There’s no pressure to perform, no hierarchy, and no gold stars. Just thoughtful conversation and grounded tools to help you keep going.
The Grove isn’t where your healing ends. It’s where it starts to deepen — through structure, reflection, and community.
Want to Join a Grove?
Rooted Allies is for anyone ready to take more ownership of their health and well-being. You don’t need a diagnosis or a perfect plan — just the willingness to show up, reflect, and take small steps forward for lasting change.
